Upon entering to the apartment, we find ourselves in the main hall way which on the left leads to the bathroom with toilet. Continuing straight, there is main bedroom with kitchen corrner. Windows are facing the block of flats or the shopping area "Poděbradská". 
Furnishing
These apartments are furnished in modern style. In the hallway there is a wardrobe with the coat hangers, bathroom has shower corrner. Main room is equipped with  a bed with mattrace, small dining table with 2 chairs and televison. Upon request it is possible to offer one more single bed to offer double-occupency. Kitchen corner is equipped with the fridge, microwave oven, boiling cattle and small electric stove. Bedsheets, kitchen ware and towels are not included. 
Facilities
This is new building with the isolation and three-glass windows. There is electric  heating in the each apartments and the consumption of electricity and water is priced per usage. It is possible to use the common laundry and drying room with washing machine for a small fee. As well tenants can use the common bycicle room and car park next to the building. The whole apartment building is monitored by the security system including the coridors and outdoor area as well.
Price
The rent of this apartment is 8500 CZK and utilities will be priced at 1100 CZK. Electricity and water is priced per usage.  The internet charge and community waste is included in the rent. Security deposit is priced at 17 000 CZK and comission is 9 600 CZK. 
Conditions
Those are non-smoking apartments and the owner prefers tenants without pets. There is zero noise tolerance at the apartment building. Owner prefers tenants for long-term rent.
