Rent a room in San Diego

(Photos contain staging furniture)I’m renting a bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath condo. You would have a private bedroom and full private bathroom as well as a car port on the complex. Shared spaces include the living/dining room, kitchen and patio. The complex has laundry, a pool, gym, and game room. The condo is spacious and has a lot of natural light. Utilities and wifi are not included in the overall rent (water is included). I’m ideally looking for someone who is a professional, laid back person who can keep shared spaces tidy.
