The location is by Tempe Lake, and 5 min away from Tempe Marketplace. You will have your own garage parking spot. I keep to myself, you are free to do whatever you would like, and have your own guests over, just no party. My place is not pet friendly unfortunately and smoke free (no exception) also no shoes allowed inside the house(no exception).I keep to myself, and every amenities including the kitchen and fridge is for you to also use.
