communal living - one bedroom cottage 1 december 6 months rental renewable rental r6,500 plus r1,250 kitty this communal house is looking for a single professional male, to share the house. in a semi-detached cottage. it consists, of a small kitchenette, lounge/dining room, bedroom with cupboard space, and a separate bathroom, with shower, basin, and toilet. there is a separate entrance to the cottage from the garden. the main house consists of 3 bedrooms, all occupied by gentlemen. the lounge, dining room, kitchen, covered back yard and established garden are shared by all the occupants in the house. there is also a converted garage which is also occupied by another gentleman. in all, there are 4 gentlemen, 1 friendly dog, and 1 cat. there is a friendly chilled atmosphere, amongst the housemates, who sometimes get together for braais. the r1,250 kitty covers water, electricity, wi-fi connection, a domestic cleaner every fortnight. all household cleaning products. a deposit of r9,750 is required plus your first month's rental and the monthly kitty expense. in order to qualify you need to earn r19,500. this will be a 6 month lease renewable.
