Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

I am looking for a roommate to share my large Palms apartment. It is fully furnished (besides the room for rent) and has lots of natural light. Luckily, it is at the front of a quiet building. The room is 11x13 and has a large closet. The apartment has one shared bathroom. The rent includes two tandem parking spots (I use one). The bedroom pictured is the one that will be up for rent. I'm in my 30's work from home in marketing. I spend a lot of time doing volunteer trail work in the national forests, trail running, and mountain biking. I like to have friends over for dinner a few times a month. Note the dog will be moving out.
