Street parking in safe, quiet neighborhood.I am hoping to find a tenant who is respectful, quiet, and kind. No couples or pets. There is no smoking in the house, however there is a huge backyard with sitting.The current roommate is a disabled occupational therapist. She has a small emotional support dog. They both say out of the way.
