Rent 3 bedroom house in Enterprise

Room is on the 2nd floor and comes fully furnished with bed, desk, and chair as well as some toiletries. There are also 2 dogs and one cat (all friendly) so must be ok with animals. Shared downstairs living room/kitchen as well as the backyard and garage. One parking space is included outside. Currently it is me (the landlord) and one other housemate. We are both male professionals. I work Monday-Friday while my housemates work schedule varies. We enjoy spending time with the animals, watching movies, gaming, drinking - no cigarettes.
