Rent 4 bedroom house in Casa Grande

I have a 2400 sq fr house with 2 spare rooms in the back section of the house with your own private bathroom. I will not accept people that party or stay up late. That will result in immediate removal and I will not waiver. No smokers either. We need someone independent with a job who isn’t up until 2:00 am. Minimum stay is one month and max stay is 3 months (June-Aug). $900 deposit along with first month rent upfront. There’s a TV in the room and a blowup mattress. It’s best that you provide your own bed or mattress for comfort but the blowup will also suffice. Our last tenant loved it.
