In this House we have 3 females and 1 Male all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The house is located on Stanley street in L7 and is just a 2 minute walk from the main bus routes where buses run into city centre regularly along Edge Lane and Prescot Road and you can get to Liverpool city centre in just 20 minutes. If you drive, the M62 is a 5 minute drive which is perfect for out of town workers LOCAL Amenities LIDL and Starbucks is just a 5 minute walk from the property as well as Liverpool Shopping Park which has plenty of stores such as Boots, M&S, Next,, Home Bargains and plenty more. At the road, there is Stanley street where there are plenty of pubs, Takeaways and Convenience stores. PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. MOVE IN Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month.
