Hi everyone,I'm looking for someone to take over my lease until July. Anyone who is looking for a place to move into as soon as possible. It is a private and renovated bedroom in the DPS Zone near K-Town and USC. It is a walkable distance to the campus and nearby a lot of restaurants. Again, it is newly renovated and fully furnished with a bed, bed frame, closet, table, chair, and rack. There is a fan installed as well as a heater. It will be a shared bathroom with another male. There are 4 rooms in this property and the other 3 have grad students staying. There is a shared living room with a couch and TV. There is also a shared kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer within the property.
