Rent a room in San Leandro

I'm a 25yo guy working working out of SSF. I have an open room in the house I rent out from my uncle. It is in a quiet part of San Leandro up in the hills. Great home in a great location, has a backyard that you're free to use. I do not have any particular No's aside from, smoking inside and keeping the house clean and orderly. Please reach out if interested looking forward to hearing back. You would have total access to the property aside from the room I inhabit. Couples are welcome but would have to make most of the available room, no shifting things around.
