Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Mesa

Looking for a short term roommate in a 2 bed x 2 bath apartment in Mesa. Room is 14 x 11 with bathroom right across the hall and a shared living room and kitchen. Apartment is fully furnished (couch, TV, kitchen appliances, etc.), but room has no furniture. Washer/dryer in unit. I have 2 cats that are a nonnegotiable and they are pretty self-sufficient, calm, and tend to be skittish around other people. Rent would be around $800 per month give or take a little including utilities (water, sewage, trash, and electric) and internet. I am a working professional, non-smoker, and I'm not partier. My lease is up in April 2025, but my current roommate is moving out with a couple days notice and I'll need to have the room cleaned. I would prefer if new roommate would be added to the lease.
