1 bedroom is available in my 2 bed apartment. The apartment is on the second floor. There is a living room area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Laundry can be done in the basement, there is a front and backyard area. Parking is on the street or in the alley. There are two window A/C units. Water is included, and I will cover internet. Listed rent is my estimate including estimated monthly electric and gas bill. No smoking. MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY! I live with my dog named Luka. He is a rescue, 4 years old, about 60lbs. He is fully house trained but he does shed a lot. The photos aren't that great because I haven't finished moving in myself yet.
