Hey! My name is Dan. My roommate James and I are looking for a roommate in Astoria Queens. A little about the apartment: 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen area and a living room. It is 3 blocks away from a laundromat and 6 blocks from the subway line. Rent is $1,000 + utilities (Usually comes out to $1300 total or less for the month). You will be responsible for furnishing your own bedroom. Depending on location of the city we are about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.
