WiFi and other utilities vary from month to month but are generally ≈ $60. Roommates are students at the university of Chicago. Very respectful and I have never had issues with any of them. There is a chores list that rotates weekly. I bought an ac unit for the bedroom and will leave it there for the subletter at no charge. Full size bed and frame along with multiple drawers and shelves. Closet inside room.
