Rent 2 bedroom house in Westside

Seeking 1 female roomate. Currently renting a house in eagledale. I am a 31 year old queer female that works full time and takes classes so I am not around a ton. I live with a full time female college senior that also works. I have one small dog that's very friendly. We like a very calm-chill, non party atmosphere. Smoking outside only. 1 room with closet. Unfortunately it is only one bathroom but its a good size bathroom with plenty of storage.
