Rent a room in Kirkland

Renting a room in Kirkland, prime location to everything. $1,700/month utilities will be included I love animals but pets will be case by case as I have a female French Bulldog who doesn’t mesh well with most animals. Looking for a mature and reliable roommate that isn’t into partying or having a ton of people over all the time. The house comes furnished so would prefer someone with minimal items. I have a beautiful gym, movie theater, patio set up, and washer/dryer. There is always parking available with exception to the garage where I store one of my cars. About me: I’m 38 years old, originally from Texas. I enjoy working out, hiking, and traveling when I can.I’m ambitious, I work all the time, and just trying to live my best life with the insane amount of money it costs to live in this state. I’m very clean, the expectation for common areas would be “sparkling” No drugs, please be able to provide references as I will check.
