We are renting our home in Anaheim Hills. Its at the Summit Pointe Estates, so its guard gated, and beautifully landscaped. Our house has a large backyard with pool and jacuzzi.
Side yard has courtyard and a patio.
The home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, plus an office/study, bonus theatre/hobby room.
The house has two 2 car garages (4 cars). Great schools and parks are nearby. May have some furniture if needed.
Includes solar that covered most of our electricity (big savings on electric) - but it will depend on your use, we even had 2 EVs.
Lease terms:
- Available starting April
- 1-2 year lease minimum, prefer longer
- Owner pays landscaping and pool maintenance.
- Renter responsible for electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash
- Open house on Saturday, January 25th. Application will be required.
- This is a rental by homeowner, not a third party company or all that.
