We are currently looking to fill a room in our Mira Mesa location. Available Rooms and Date are:*Room B (available: July 1st): $985, Is a 10’x10’ private room, with a Shared Bath with one female.Rent includes utilities: Water, Gas, Electric, and Internet/Wifi (up to $200)My husband Mark and I are the landlord and property manager to the Mira Mesa House. We also live on the property. The home is large and my family (small kids and 2 dogs) resides on the back half, in an enclosed 1b1bath with our own private living room. Meanwhile we rent out the three rooms in the front.All our tenants are very friendly, respectful, and have completed a full financial and criminal background check prior to moving in. Should you choose to move in this will also be required of you after your preliminary phone interview and home tour. First Tenant is a male, speed and fitness trainer who likes to surf on his off days. Lives in the master with his own private bath. (Room available July 1st ) Second Tenant is male, Marine finishing up a station out here for another year while his family remains back east. He is usually busy and out of the home a lot, but very friendly and helpful guy when he’s around. Lives in the 10x10 hallway room and shares the bathroom with the third tenant. (Room Available: July 1st) Third Tenant is a female, works full time, loves to read and bake, and spends the weekend visiting with her boyfriend and daughters. She quiet and sweet, she lives in the a/c garage room w/ shared bath.Added note: Just a heads up if you are sensitive to noise. This home is currently full of early raisers ready to conquer the day. Tenants 2 and 3 are up around 5ish to prepare for work. My family is up around 6am to chaoticly get ready for elementary school.This is/will be your home. Please do not feel like you are required to only stay in your room. The house is yours! All rooms will have full access to the common areas, such as, Front Living Room, Kitchen, Dinning, Laundry Room, Front Yard, and a peaceful succulent garden on the side of the home.Room will require a lease for a minimum of 12 months to start (some flexibly/ accommodations in duration may be possible depending on the time of year).To move in, tenants are expected to provide FIRST month’s rent and a SECURITY DEPOSIT (equal to one month’s rent). As well as complete a full financial and criminal background check prior to moving in.This home is 100% smoke free, drug free, and NOT 4/20 friendly.
