Rent a room in Roseville

House is located in a safe area and nice neighborhood. I'm a 26 year old male that is looking for a roommate. I'm super laid back as long as you pick up after yourself, I'm looking for a roommate not to be someones maid. Room is located on the main floor and I am located in the basement. You would have your own bathroom with a shower, and your own living space upstairs, as I spend most of my time downstairs when I am home. You would also have your own parking space in the driveway.
