Washer and dryer in house. Free to use. Can use kitchen, have to clean up afterwards. Total house has 2 bedrooms, a den and master bedroom. Den and my room and living room all have TV's. Large living room with French doors and 2 patios. 1820 square foot house. Nice patios and cornerlocation. Have security alarms, Planned community 3 pools, and 3 small parks.My kids just moved out, so, in process of changing the Decore. I have 1 indoor cat. I am retired and keep pretty busy, gym, friend's, poker, lots of card games, my kids come once a week to do their laundry.6-8 miles to the Beach, South Coast Plaza is close, Golden West Jr College and Orange Coast are close. UCI is close by, I am 90 miles from San Diego, 60 miles to the San Fernando Valley. 25 mins to Disneyland or Knotts Berry farm.Some weekends I am gone to visit my friend, my kids usually can come and feed the cat. The litter box is in the bathroom, so may have to move it to master bedrooms bathroom. Cat sleeps in my room usually.Of course, no drugs, and no smoking please. No sleep overs,Short term rental, with possible longer rental. usually have housekeeper every other week. White carpet is dingy from 12 years of kids. Will have clean closet and fresh bed linens or bring your own. HAVE to clean up after yourself. The rental room is ion side of house next to the garden
