Rent a room in Fresno

Hello, I am currently leasing a 3 bed 2 bathroom house and looking to add. Roommate. The house is spacious, the living room and are furnished and stocked up. Appliances, toilets, flooring and ceiling fans (soon to be installed) are all new. The backyard is spacious, not massive but decently sized. The neighborhood is up-and-coming with a majority being families with kids, pretty trees and landscape. I myself am a 33 year old male, I work 4 days a week, I have two cats that live with me in the house and will be looking to add a dog soon. I am mindful and respectful of others and do my best to always clean as I use things. The house is no smoking(outside is fine), no recreational drug use, no couples and overnight guests may only stay 3 nights a weeks.
