Home is 2 bd/1 bath, full kitchen (dishwasher), shared living room space, shared bathroom (shower/tub), heater in bedroom, no a/c (fan available), W/D in unit.I am seeking a professional/student to be roommates. There is high speed internet, front and back deck with plenty of room for plants, outdoor furniture. Landlord is in agreement that a roommate would be welcome if appropriately vetted.If you have a bike, there is ample room for storage.There is no off-street parking. This apartment is CLOSE to Whole Foods on Bay Place, and the lake is a 10 minute walk. Easy access to the freeway, walk to Broadway, Telegraph Ave, Piedmont Ave. I work for a local health system and commute M-F 7-4:30. On the weekends I like to balance between staying home and having quiet time and going out for a beer/karaoke/movies/hikes/walks.
