I would like to sublet my apartment (900 sqft) with one open bedroom and one bathroom.
The apartment is furnished with recliner sofas, kitchenware, study table/chairs, dining table/chairs, bed, etc. We will sanitize everything before leaving and clear out 7 days before the new tenants come in.
The apartment has an in built washer dryer and center cooling and heating. The apartment building has covered secure parking area, swimming pool and gym.
It is conveniently situated close to SJC airport, great mall, a couple of awesome parks, costco and other grocery stores. It is also close to many corporate offices.
