Rent a room in Berkeley

Hi! Looking for a roommate to move in February 1st with 2 women in 20s. Attached are pictures/videos of the room (walk in closet which our lovely roomie took!) which is $1400. Location is in West Berkeley, a 5 minute walk to the 36 to get to the UC Campus and around 30 minutes to get to the nearest BART. Utilities generally cost around 50-60 dollars. If interested please message for a tour! We are looking for a clean and organized roommate who can stick to a cleaning schedule among us three. Would prefer someone who isn’t super loud at night. We are also open to being friends but are also completely fine if you would prefer to keep to yourself!
