We have two full size bedrooms for 1000 dollars One has a double size bed and the other has air double size bed. Two rooms one private double sink bathroom. Beautiful front, backyard, this property is fully beautifully furnished, with 70” smart TV, internet, directTV, alarm, BQ, AC/ heating, two car garage parking ( inside parking is extra) plenty of space for private parking. Close to 610, I-10, westberry is full of beautiful parks and school. You must be a respectful professional and or student , quiet, the existing tenant is a Ph. D student from Ivey college. This house is quiet! Marble kitchen counter hardwood floors and Persian rugs. Leather very stylish furniture. We renting two rooms to one responsible person because we don’t want too many tenants in one property. Two is the maximum.
