2 story Townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathroom to share rent. There is 2 parking spots in front of private entrance. Good size kitchen and living room, with a private deck and courtyard. The townhouse has in house washing machine and dryer. Most of the apartment is furnished except for the bedroom available for rent. There are separate showers, but share the rest of the bathrooms. There 2 cats that live here and part-time teenager on weekdays.. I am a single mother and teacher. Most utilities are included, except for electricity and WiFi to be shared equally.
