Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Waltham

This 2 bedroom is in a duplex and feels like a home more than an apartment. It is right off Moody street in Waltham which has the best shopping spaces and restaurants/bars around within walking distance. It's only a mile from the commuter rail and is a 2 minute walk from a major bus line. Has a parking spot and is relatively well priced for the area. I am as chill a roommate as I can be. So long as no major messes are left out unattended and nothing dangerous happens in the apartment I am willing to talk about most issues that pop up.
