The 40m2 apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom and bedroom with double bed, loft bed and sofa bed for a total of 5 people. The kitchen is in the anteroom. A door leads from the anteroom to the modernized bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Windows look out to the hallway and landscaped courtyard.

Die 40m2 Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Hochbett und Schlafsofa für insgesamt 5 Personen. Die Küche ist im Vorraum. Eine Tür führt vom Vorraum ins modernisierte Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Fenster schauen zum Gang und zum begrünten Innenhof.
