Eddy has the main bedroom which is large enough to use as a bed/sitting room so there is space to share or for everyone to have their own space as well. Eddy teaches professionally as a chess coach but also has a deep interest in music and our neighbours have confirmed that he is very considerate of noise levels.

Please note that the TV in the picture is not included and either a Sky or cable subscription will be required for TV reception.

The kitchen is large enough for a small table and chairs. There is a large fridge freezer and ample cupboard space for storage.
