Hi & HowdyI'm Ty'ree......I am very clean, responsible and respectful. My occupation is armed security Lead. I'm renting out 1 bedroom n it's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Shared bathroom with another roommate. "Utilities Included",, Laundry facility on property 90 seconds walking distance. It's a downstairs unit,, Non-furnished room. The security deposit does not have to be paid all at once, but it will be used to clean the carpet/fix things u break. Must be financially stable, clean, respectful.
