Rent a room in Manhattan Beach

Cozy comfortable original beach 2 bedroom single bath house on safe quiet residential street close to shops, restaurants, beach and LAX. Thirty minutes to Venice and Palos Verdes. All utilities (water, electric, gas, wifi, trash, streaming and cleaning included). Ample street parking, washer and dryer in house, great water pressure. Single bathroom has NEVER been a problem. I grew up with a large family with a single bath and have been trained to get in and out. My perfect housemate is responsible, clean, easy going, with good communication skills.
