My partner and I are looking to rent out the second room of our 3-story townhome. The room has a private bathroom and a large closet. The room also comes furnished or unfurnished depending on your need. The rest of the home is semi-furnished, including a full living room with a wood fireplace and large double east-facing windows, a kitchen with a full pantry, and a dining room. Our first floor is a one-car garage that would be perfect for parking an electric or luxury vehicle. We also have a surplus of storage space in the laundry room and a full patio out back. The home backs up to Cobblestone Park, and is located 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 25 minutes from downtown Boulder. Please be pet-friendly as we have two dogs. We are open to discussing additional pets. Rent is 800 + a one months rent security deposit. Utilities average around $100/person a month.
