LOCATION - 15 minute bus into City Centre - Ideal bus routes into town including 24 hour bus route - Ideal location with transport links all around the north. LOCAL Amenities - ASDA and Iceland are less than a 15 minutes walk - Lots of local cafes and pubs in the area PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.
