There is also the cycle path that passes right in front of the house and leads to the center of Bologna. The systems are all up to standard and certified. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a large double bedroom, a bathroom and a large eat-in kitchen and a cellar. I rent the apartment only to people with a permanent contract, referenced who offer guarantees for payments.
