A few minutes from the Mestre railway station we offer a comfortable two-room apartment of generous dimensions available from the end of January. Although it is formally a two-room apartment, the large living area is structured in such a way as to have distinct areas between living room, dining room and kitchen. It is located in a decidedly quiet context, the small building hosts only 6 apartments and being located in an internal (private) it is not disturbed by traffic or other annoying noises. Entering the house we find a large living room with TV from which you access the various rooms, the beautiful bathroom with shower, the large double bedroom and the dining area which in turn leads to the kitchenette. The heating is independent and there is an air conditioning system, the restoration dates back to a few years ago but having always been managed with great attention and as if it had been carried out the other day, the materials used in the restoration and the furnishings are able to satisfy even the most demanding people. The condominium fees are negligible, having to maintain the utilities registered to the lessor, a cost of 160 euros/month all-inclusive (condominium, electricity, water, gas, waste, etc.) obviously adjustable in positive or negative depending on consumption.
