A garage is not available, but it is easy to find free parking in via Lombroso, via Orsi or via Flarer. The apartment has recently been newly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and some utensils. The bedroom is double and has a "study corner" with a desk. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and window. The cellar can easily accommodate two bicycles (one supplied). Air conditioning installed in 2023. Central heating with thermostatic valves. Energy class: G. Monthly rent: 650 euros. Condominium fees: approximately 100 euros/month (payment is not monthly but organized in 4 annual installments). The expenses include: heating, water, elevator, cleaning of common areas; only electricity is excluded, to be paid via bill after transfer (the service is already active).
