At the Residence Belvedere, facing the sea directly on the beach, in the Viserbella area of Rimini (Rimini north) we rent from mid-September to the beginning of May for a minimum of two months of stay, a TWO-ROOM APARTMENT with Sea View for € 480 + all consumptions. The sea view two-room apartment consists of: double bedroom, kitchen complete with appliances, fridge, freezer, oven) LED TV, bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view. A parking space for each apartment, fiber wifi, coin-operated washing machine on the ground floor. One month's deposit is required and we only rent to workers with demonstrable incomes. WE ARE NOT A REAL ESTATE AGENCY therefore there are no intermediation costs.
