For the summer season 2024 (July - August) we are renting a charming two-room apartment in a private stately home with an independent entrance. The apartment is located less than a km from the train station and the sea (Marina area center of Rimini). Its privileged position offers not only proximity to the historical beauties of the city, but allows you to quickly reach the beach. Internally there is a living room with kitchenette (with gas oven), continuing into the hallway you enter the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine. The apartment is delivered fully furnished , complete with all furnishings and appliances, air conditioning, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi. The location of the property makes it of great interest. Excellent for two people! Small pets are welcome! Rent at least monthly. The reservation requires the obligation to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the rent, the balance will be paid upon delivery of the keys.
