The home is in a nice residential neighborhood and is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the 24-hour fitness gym; Also close by are the JPL mountains that have walking trails to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. It is not too far from the Rosebowl as well where lots of people walk regularly. The house shares a community kitchen, front room, dining room, and two bathrooms. Three tenants already reside in the house, one owns a cat that lives there. The tenants have lived there for five to ten years. Everyone keeps to themselves and is courteous to one another. It is a family atmosphere and comfortable living.
