The house consists of furnished Single private rooms, furnished Double rooms, and shared common spaces (bathrooms, kitchen, gym, living room, and study room). Onsite laundry and parking is also available for an additional cost. We are currently renting for the academic year so please reach out if you are a USC student in need of a great housing solution.
