We are looking for a tenant to lease the bottom floor of our home month to month or a year its up to you.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom have all been remodeled/refreshed the front bedroom has been turned into a kitchenette/TV/Living room.

There is a second bedroom that has a bathroom attached. The laundry room is downstairs as well as the garage - otherwise we are always upstairs. We do enter and leave through the garage.
It feels and lives very separate although we do share a front door.
Super nice quiet street, walking distance to Redondo Beach and the Pier a quick drive or bike ride to the Riviera Village, lots of shops and restaurants. This house had great vibes and lives like two separate dwellings although we share the front door and the laundry. We work and are up out early M-F and make some noise on the weekends.
