However, I am completely impressed and thrilled to be giving a 5 Star review to the new management team! Rosa, the new property manager, has truly turned this place around. She has created great relationships with tenants myself included and I look at her as a member of this apartment community. She has revamped the building and has done amazing things: parking garage was professionally cleaned and re-striped, club room revamped, and great turn around times on requests. She truly cares for all of our wellbeing here at Moda. The rest of the staff from Pilar (cleaning), Alfonso (maintenance), and Andy (maintenance) are all amazing and keep this place top notch. If you are looking for a place with great management, clean facility, and great tenants, MODA Bonneville is where you want to be. The property is well kept, and the leasing company regularly maintains all common areas and utilities. They also inspect the facilities in individual units that need maintenance periodically. There are quite a few layouts to choose from. The flats are spacious and have large windows that let in a good amount of light. One of the best things is that they have proper cooking gas, and not electric stoves, which I personally find more suitable for cooking. The club room here is a great place to organize get-togethers, work, and relax (they have a pool table, giant TVs, indoor golf, and board games). The gym is well equipped. I also like the safety facilities that they have installed at all entrances and in common areas to restrict access. Fortunately, I didn't have to raise many maintenance requests, but whenever I did, the team acted swiftly. The people at the leasing office have always been helpful. The property is also well connected: there are quite a few bus stops within a 5-minute walking distance, and the nearest Trax station is 2.5 blocks away. And oh, they have lip-smacking hot chocolate here :)
