FEES AND INITIAL PAYMENTS:
- Application fee: $50/adult. Every adult 18 years and older must
- First months rent: due no less than one week before the move-in date.
- Security deposit: due within 24 hours of approval.
- Tenants are required to carry their own renter’s insurance policy.
APPLICANT CRITERIA:
- 650 minimum credit score.
- 3 times the monthly rent in documentable gross income or higher. For applicants with vouchers, the income requirement will be calculated on the portion of rent they are responsible for.
- A background check will be completed for the application to be considered. No evictions on record.
