The unit is in a modern apartment building that includes rooftop space, common areas, and a gym. Located in downtown san jose, close to lots of restaurants and stores as well as public transit. Management and maintainance teams are on site and respond very quickly (I live in a different unit in the building so I can confirm it's a great place and can answer more questions about the building/ facilities!)
