This is perfect for someone that wants extra study, content creation, streaming, podcasting, home workout or work-from-home space. Your bedroom is on the second floor around 9’x13’ and your adjacent office/study space is 9’x12’. Your bedroom is completely private (with a door), but there is also thick privacy curtain to block off the suite of both rooms if you want to combine them. My bedroom is just across the hall. The shared bathroom with double vanity sits between our bedrooms. The first floor has the rest of the shared space including a second full bathroom and laundry room. The house is located just a mile up the street from Sunset Blvd in a nice tree lined single family home neighborhood with plenty of street parking. I am very conveniently close to UCLA/Westwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, i405 and about 20 min from Will Roger’s State Beach. Unlike all the multi-unit neighborhoods in LA, there is a lot of nature in this area and hiking spots nearby. Street parking is easy because there is only single family homes around here and NO STREET CLEANING DAYS. You must like dogs because mine is a cute curious, spunky, always alert four year old chihuahua+beagle (cheagle). His name is Chief. Chief is house trained and rings a bell when he wants to go outside but may leave a small mess by the door occasionally if I don’t make it home in time. I always clean up. Most days I take chief out and get him tired so he just spends most of the time in the evening sleeping on the couch while I am at work. I get home late and can be a frequent night owl. I have a peloton in my bedroom so I usually use that at least once a day and as part of my wind-down after work. There’s also a treadmill in living room that you can use. I maintain the house nearly on my own so you will see me cleaning and doing some maintenance. I typically deal with basic hardware and basic appliance issues myself. I have a habit of tidying up nearly every day, especially because I’m in and out with Chief. I do my own thing most of the time, and always have gotten along with roommates. I’m pretty active in my free time always hiking or taking Chief paddle boarding. I also enjoy a little time in front of the TV for shows and movies when I have a meal or just before bed. Anyone with Athletic lifestyle vibes is a plus!You can have the bedroom furnished or unfurnished. Bedroom furnishings would include queen platform bed frame(no box spring needed), new mattress, dresser, smart TV.
