Rent 3 bedroom house in Buford

I currently live in the master bedroom but travel a lot for work. My nieces fiancé rents a room but will be moving out at the end of september. The house is split level with a basement bedroom option or a bedroom upstairs available. There is an office setup, the house sits in the back of a neighborhood on 3/4 of an acre with a large back deck, back yard and fire pit. The house has a full kitchen with updated appliances, resides outside of city limits but within 10 minutes from multiple downtown areas. Will add pictures or send upon request, currently on work trip.
