This sharing apartment has a great location at Na Cihelna - only 2 minutes walking distance from the University. We can find many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores there (such as Lidl, Albert, etc.) The city centre is easily reached by a nice 15min walk or only few minutes by bus (bus stop is located just 2min by walking from the house). As a great tip for a trip - we recommend you to visit Kunětická Hora castle, located just 10 minutes by car.

Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a spacious built-in wardrobe, coat rack, and a small dresser on the left. On the right, you'll step into the bathroom, which features both a shower and a bathtub. Next, there is a separate toilet with its own sink. On the left side of the hallway, you’ll find the 1st room, which also comes with a built-in wardrobe. Directly from the hallway, you enter the 2nd bedroom, which also includes a built-in wardrobe. Continuing, you reach the largest room in the apartment – the living room, which seamlessly connects to the kitchen.

In the photos, you can see the complete furnishings of the current owner, but this cozy apartment will be offered partially furnished.
