Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and will require a pet deposit.
Utility fee will be charged by the owner according to usage on sub-meters for Water, Electric and Gas.
Trash and Internet: Renter sets up their own accounts.
To view the place you must be extremely interested and qualified by strong credit, proof of income and a clean background check.
