House share in cohousing community located on 20 acres that includes an organic farm and wooded trails. The entire 3rd floor of level townhouse (approx sq ft, all one room, with private bath, unfurnished) is all yours! Rest of home shared with a single father and son (15 yrs). Kitchen on 1st floor is shared but can be utilized freely. The 2nd floor is other tenant's private area. $month including utilities and internet. $ deposit and background check required. No smoking or illicit drug use inside the house. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 9pmam. No pets (due to allergies).Otherwise, there is plenty of flexibility, openmindedness, and friendliness in how the household operates!Location is 10 minutes from downtown Decatur and convenient to Emory, Agnes Scott, Columbia Seminary, downtown Atlanta, Oakhurst and East Atlanta.
